		<description>You *can* actually OD on fiber, but not like drugs. Instead of my blabbering here, you can read it yourself. I researched it because I need to have the max RDA of fiber in my diet too.

As for the gas and stink, in my experience, stay away from the vegetable fiber supplements and stick with psyllium fiber. You can get it from the Orange Metamucil. FiberSure is an example of vegetable fiber. Just read the labels, they tell you what type of fiber the supplement is made of.
